The International Conference What’s new in the economics of innovation? Theory, empirics and public policy that took place at the Grenoble World Trade Center on December 1‐2, 2016, was the second of the starting series of GAEL Conference on the economics of innovation. This event brought together more than one hundred scholars coming from 16 different countries.
