Present research
Cédric Clastres is Professor of Economics at Université Grenoble Alpes, UFR of Economics (Assistant Professor since 2010 and has an habilitation to direct research (HDR) since November 2014).
His research focuses on the liberalization of network industries and the regulation of monopolies. Its main field of application is the energy field with research currently focused on the deployment of smart grids.
In this applied context, he also studies changes in electricity consumption behavior following the implementation of incentive, pricing and information tools.
Academic background
He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Montpellier I: "Gas release" as an incentive to compete in the European gas industry, 2005, 413 p., Available on TEL: http: //tel.archives-ouvertes.fr/tel-00470409/fr/ and an habilitation to direct research (HDR) whose thesis was defended on November 3, 2014.
