Present research
Cédric Clastres is Professor of Economics at Université Grenoble Alpes, Faculty of Economics Grenoble.
His research focuses on the liberalization of network industries and the regulation of monopolies. His main field of application is energy issues with research currently focused on the decentralization of energy markets.
In this applied context, he also studies changes in electricity consumption behavior following the implementation of incentives, pricing and information tools, and the regulation of energy networks.
Academic background
He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Montpellier I: "Gas release" as an incentive to compete in the European gas industry, 2005, 413 p., Available on TEL: http: //tel.archives-ouvertes.fr/tel-00470409/fr/ and an habilitation to direct research (HDR) whose thesis was defended on November 3, 2014.
