A growing number of actors and organisations are using litigation as a tool for protest and mobilisation. Against a backdrop of renewed environmental democracy and participatory approaches, litigation is one of the areas being reinvested in, where citizens are participating in shaping the “climate law” of tomorrow. The Proclimex project aims to examine the issue of expertise in these lawsuits.
